Jamie Oliver’s flagship restaurant at Watergate Bay
Located fifteen feet above the beach and offering panoramic views of the sea, Jamie Oliver’s trainee apprentice restaurant, Fifteen Cornwall, is a great place to enjoy some Italian inspired cuisine, albeit with a Cornish twist. What’s better, all profits go to charity in the form of the Cornwall Food Foundation which offers disadvantaged youngsters the chance to train and be employed in the catering industry.
Seasonal, locally sourced ingredients form the basis of the menu created by Andy Appleton, Fifteen’s Head Chef. The renown chef was Fifteen London’s original Sous Chef and was involved with the creation of Fifteen Cornwall from its roots in 2002. Whether you want an early breakfast, lunch with the kids, a special dinner or an evening antipasti platter with wine, rich Italian flavours will be woven with delicate fresh ingredients in an flavoursome and exciting way.
Breakfast is served 8:30 – 10am, Lunch is 12:00pm – 2:30pm and Dinner is 6:15 – 9:15pm. There’s a dedicated Kids Lunch Menu and 4 – 7 year olds are also welcome until 7:15pm in the evening.
